NICP is proud to be able to offer this unique poster for sale. Proceeds from the sale of the poster will go towards the Lynn Sowers Memorial Foundation and the World Trade Center Police Disaster Relief Fund, affiliated with the New York State Fraternal Order of Police. The Lynn Sowers Memorial Founation benefits all Hillsborough County, Florida, Sheriff's employees, who have suffered from a catastrophic event in their lives. The World Trade Center Police Disaster Relief Fund is a New York based non-profit organization, which financially assists the children of police officers who have died in the line of duty.

The poster is a black and white drawing measuring 18" x 24", developed by the late Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Detective Ernie Walters. Ernie was a forensic artist and homicide detective.

Posters are $10, including shipping and handling. Please make your check payable to the Lynn Sowers Memorial Foundation.
