Mr. Farrey is an instructor for the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training. His duties include developing and maintaining liaisons with organizations that desire to provide specialized interpersonal violence training to law enforcement officers. The list of organizations includes the Kentucky’s Attorney General’s Office, Elizabethtown Child Advocacy Center, Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs, Kentucky Domestic Violence Association, and Kentucky River Council Against Maltreat

ment of Elders. Eddie is a certified law enforcement training instructor for the following subjects: Domestic Abuse Investigation, Elder Abuse Investigation, Hate Crimes Investigation, Human Trafficking Investigation, and Sexual Assault Response Team.

Mr. Farrey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Adult & Higher Education from Morehead State University.
